With everything the modern family needs, our team of professional designers decorate each home in a minimalist style that is exclusive – yet homely and intimate. The icing on the cake is storing Five2one stores all the owner families’ personal belongings in a storage room and puts them on display until the families arrive at the home. Your vacation home feels extra homely and welcoming when everything from family portraits to books, bedding and bath toys are waiting for you when you put the key in the door and are ready to go on vacation.
Booking and allocation of vacation weeks
To ensure an equal distribution of vacation weeks between the 5 owners of a holiday home, Five2one has a smart reservation system: Each family starts by choosing 2 weeks in high season, and then the remaining weeks are distributed until all families have 10 weeks at their disposal in high, mid and low season. And if you know you won’t be able to use all 10 weeks, you are free to swap, rent or borrow weeks. A few weeks of rental can actually finance the cost of ownership for a whole year, and then you have a free vacation home.
Five2one looks after every home as if it were our own
A vacation home needs to be looked after to be the perfect setting for a carefree life with family and friends. This includes everything from ongoing maintenance to small repairs and replacing appliances, batteries and light sources. Nothing is more annoying than arriving to a broken dishwasher, a burst water pipe or an overgrown garden. And managing a home away from home can be difficult. That’s why Five2one continuously inspects all vacation rentals to ensure – in collaboration with our local network of suppliers – that each property is maintained and in perfect condition.
As part of its service concept, Five2one also provides cleaning services when a family leaves their vacation home. Owner families can choose to clean themselves, but the standard must be as high as that provided by Five2one’s professional service team. So the next family takes over a home in tip-top condition and gets the perfect start to their stay. That’s why Five2one inspects all homes when changing owners and makes sure that everything meets our strict quality requirements.
