With more than 20 years of experience from the legal and real estate industry, we created Five2one because we believe that the future of home ownership abroad is shared and sustainable.

Our mission is to help Danes own a home abroad together with others because few people need a vacation home 52 weeks a year and everyone wants to save 80% on the purchase and ongoing operation.

We are a strong team based on sound values and have our own shared house. In fact, our concept is based on personal experience more than pure profit and we simply want to spread the happiness we have found by sharing ownership with others.

We also have Danish legal liability insurance and are subject to Danish regulations, which is your assurance that the process all the way from purchase to ownership is done in a proper way, where you can feel safe and just look forward to your new luxury home.

Jakob is the founder of Five2one and owns several shared houses with his family. He created the concept of shared vacation rentals based on his 20 years of experience as a lawyer and investor, including properties in Spain.

Morten has almost 20 years of experience from the financial sector where he has, among other things, advised on real estate financing.

For the past 3 years, he has worked with sales and valuation of both private and commercial properties in Copenhagen and North Zealand.

Like many Danes, Morten has a love for the Costa del Sol and has visited the coastline between Malaga and Gibraltar a lot over the last 20 years, both privately and commercially.

Jeannie has worked as a caseworker in the public sector in Denmark, but traveled to Spain 7 years ago to live her dream of working abroad.

For the past 3 years, she has worked as office manager and general manager of a Customer Success team.
