New collaboration: Five2one Estate and Padel Lounge launch Denmark’s first padel residence on the Costa del Sol

In less than a decade, padel has gone from niche to one of the biggest sports in Denmark. Courts are springing up in every major city, and for many, the weekly match has become a regular fixture. A partnership with common ground

Padel Lounge operates state-of-the-art centers in Aalborg, Aarhus, Herning and Odense, with courts of the same high quality as those used on the World Padel Tour. For the chain, the collaboration is a natural step in the work to offer customers the best possible – also when the padel dream extends beyond Denmark’s borders.

Higuerón West: one of Europe’s best areas to play padel

As part of the partnership, Five2one Estate and Padel Lounge have now announced the first padel-focused home – a carefully selected 100 m² corner home with a 30 m² terrace, a five-minute walk from the courts.

The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen of approximately 40 m², which opens onto a terrace with panoramic views of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean Sea. It is fully furnished and ready to move in and comes with two parking spaces and a private storage room where rackets, sportswear and personal belongings can be left between stays.
