Five2one’s founder and owner Jakob Skram-Jensen has 20 years of experience, including as a lawyer and legal director in some of Denmark’s largest companies. Jakob has also traded properties both in Denmark and abroad and is a certified real estate agent.

In recent years, he has owned properties in southern Spain and came up with the idea for Five2one, fulfilling his and 4 other families’ dream of owning a vacation home abroad together. Simple, convenient and at a fraction of the cost of owning their own home. Now he’s helping even more families realize their holiday home dreams with the same concept.
