With more than 20 years of experience from the legal and real estate industry, we created Five2one because we believe that the future of home ownership abroad is shared and sustainable.

Our mission is to help Danes own a home abroad together with others because few people need a vacation home 52 weeks a year and everyone wants to save 80% on the purchase and ongoing operation.

We are a strong team based on sound values and have a shared home ourselves. In fact, our concept is based on our own experiences more than pure profit and we simply want to spread the happiness we have found by sharing ownership with others.

We also have Danish legal liability insurance and are subject to Danish regulations, which is your assurance that the process all the way from purchase to ownership is done in a proper way, where you can feel safe and just look forward to your new luxury home.

Pedro has a background in law and many years of experience from the real estate industry in both Spain and England.

Iefore joining Five2one, Pedro was a key part of the development team behind Higuerón West at Urbania – one of the most visionary real estate projects on the Costa del Sol. This experience has given him deep insight into how to turn visions into reality.

Morten has almost 20 years of experience from the financial sector where he has, among other things, advised on real estate financing.

For the past 3 years, he has worked with sales and valuation of both private and commercial real estate in Copenhagen and North Zealand.

Like many Danes, Morten has a love for the Costa del Sol and has visited the coastline between Malaga and Gibraltar a lot over the last 20 years, both privately and commercially.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance specializing in real estate in Denmark, and during her studies she spent time in both Valencia and Mijas – places that have strengthened her love for Spain and Spanish life.

Today, Nicole is a permanent resident in Spain and an important part of the team with a focus on relationships and customer service. She is passionate about creating peace of mind and value for both buyers and owners – and it is often Nicole that our current homeowners are in contact with when it comes to coordinating practical matters or providing ongoing service.

Alexander has several years of experience in marketing, sales and communication.

He has extensive experience in developing and executing effective omnichannel branding and marketing campaigns based on data and insights and measured by ROMI, NPS and other relevant KPIs.

He also has solid knowledge of the latest trends on the Costa del Sol, as well as digital marketing and communication to deliver Five2one’s message and concept.
