With more than 20 years of experience in the legal and real estate industries, we founded Five2one because we believe that the future of home ownership abroad lies in shared and sustainable ownership models.

Our mission is to help Danes own a home abroad together with others, because very few people need a vacation home 52 weeks a year, and everyone wants to save 80% on the purchase price and ongoing operating costs.

We are a strong team built on sound values, and we ourselves live in a shared home. In fact, our concept is based on our own experiences rather than purely on profit, and we simply want to share the happiness we’ve found by sharing ownership with others.

We also have Danish professional liability insurance and are subject to Danish regulations, which ensures that the entire process—from purchase to ownership—is handled properly, so you can feel secure and simply look forward to your new luxury home.

Pedro has a background in law and many years of experience in the real estate industry in both Spain and England.

InBefore joining Five2one, Pedro was a key member of the development team behind Higuerón West at Urbania—one of the most visionary real estate projects on the Costa del Sol. The experience he gained there has given him deep insight into how to turn visions into reality.

At Five2one, Pedro is responsible for day-to-day operations and the development of processes that ensure everything runs smoothly and meets Five2one’s high standards.

Morten Jakobsen

Morten has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial sector, where he has, among other things, provided advice on real estate financing.

For the past three years, he has been working in the sale and appraisal of both residential and commercial properties in Copenhagen and North Zealand.

Like many other Danes, Morten has a fondness for the Costa del Sol and has visited the stretch of coastline between Málaga and Gibraltar frequently over the past 20 years, both for personal and business reasons.

Marianne Agger Staunskær

Marianne has more than 35 years of experience advising clients on home financing and real estate transactions. Since 2018, she has lived on the Costa del Sol, where she has developed a strong understanding of the local market and helped many Danes find their dream home in Spain.

She is known for her personalized approach, thorough advice, and ability to put clients at ease throughout the entire home-buying process. With an extensive local network and many years of experience, Marianne ensures that her clients feel well taken care of—before, during, and after the home purchase.

When she’s not working, she enjoys life on the Costa del Sol, playing golf and padel and embracing the Spanish way of life.

Prior to and during his tenure at Five2one, Germán has led companies in the media and deep-tech sectors and provided strategic consulting to organizations operating across international markets.

As Head of Marketing and Technology at Five2one, he is responsible for the company’s brand, digital ecosystem, and technological development, and ensures that innovation and operational expertise support the company’s long-term vision.

Alexander Hansen
